Last week, Tiffany Houser, ANP ventured out to Silicone Valley, California for three days (June 14-16, 2017) to Coolsculpting University. Coolsculpting University is held at what is now known as Allergan’s training facility for Coolsculpting. This location is formerly known as Zeltiq headquarters, the makers of Coolsculpting.
During this event, Coolsculpting discussed many of the latest advancements and techniques that will achieve the greatest result. An in-depth review of applicator placement for “treatment to transformation” was one of the main objectives. Clinicians from all over the United States are given a chance to come together and share treatment pearls of wisdom with each other.
In February 2017, Zeltiq announced that Allergan signed an agreement to bring in Coolsculpting. “We strongly believe the Allergan acquisition will enable us to expand on the value we have brought to your practice thus far,” Mentioned by Mark Folley, President and CEO in the February announcement.
Allergan is currently the main source of breast implants used here at Northshore Plastic Surgery by Dr. Benjamin Boudreaux during breast augmentation surgery.
